Below you can browse courses for the academic year 2020/21. In the winter semester 2020/21, due to the SARS-CoV2 pandemic, all courses for Erasmus incoming students take place in the form of distance learning (e-learning) or on-line with the use of platforms such as: the UG Educational Portal, MS Teams, ClickMeeting.com and Skype. The details of organization of each course will be provided by the professor.

Please note: You can access the syllabi for the courses listed below upon clicking the name of the course.

Important rules regarding the course offer for incoming Erasmus+ students:
1. The list below includes four Polish and International Legal Studies Programme modules - PILSP I and PILSP II are offered in the winter semester, PILSP III and PILPS IV are offered only in the spring semester. You are allowed to choose from the list of courses in each of the modules listed below for each of the semesters. You are required to choose at least 3 courses in each module (out of 4). It is also permissible and recommended to choose all the listed courses.
2. At the end of your mobility, you will receive a Transcript of Records listing all the chosen courses and your performance in terms of ECTS mark (A, B, C, D, E or F) and credits scored.  ECTS will be granted to Erasmus students as stated in the table below (Erasmus ECTS, 7 ECTS for leading lectures and 4 ECTS for other courses). Please disregard the ECTS assigned in the syllabi (lower value; 4, 3 or 2 ECTS). This part of the syllabus does not concern international mobility students and is generated for the purposes of a different curriculum in Polish.
3. It is possible to obtain an additional certificate for completing the Polish and International Legal Studies Programme issued and signed by the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration. In order to be awarded the PILSP Certificate, the student needs to score at least 30 ECTS in a semester or 60 ECTS in case of mobility covering both semesters. This requires also completing all the leading lectures (7 ECTS) in each of the modules in the respective semester (PILSP101, PILSP201 or/and PILSP301, PILSP401).
4. Each module's leading lecture (PILSP101, PILSP201, PILSP301, PILSP401) ends with a full written exam. Other courses may award ECTS basing on a written assignment, an individual project with oral presentation, an open-book essay, student's class performance etc. (please refer to the courses' syllabi), but the full written exam is not mandatory nor guaranteed for these courses.
5. All the courses listed below within the PILPS programme are offered fully in English, including any written or oral assignments expected to be completed individually by the student. The minimum level of student's English fluency is B1, however, at least B2 is recommended.
