UNIVERSITY OF GDAŃSK STUDY REGULATIONS - consolidated text effective from October 1, 2026
§ 13b.
On a given year of study, no more than one exam or graded assessment for a subject is held in a single day.
Subject to paragraph 3, in a given year of study, exams or graded assessments for subjects totaling at least 10 ECTS credits cannot be scheduled on two consecutive days.
The Vice-Dean or deputy director of the institute, in agreement with the Vice-Dean, if the faculty structure consists of institutes:
- in consultation with the relevant faculty student government body, or
- at the request of a student group taking an exam or graded assessment, submitted in agreement with the examiner or course instructor
– may allow a higher number of exams or graded assessments in one day for subjects totaling no more than 12 ECTS credits.
