§ 13.
1. The settlement period is a semester.
2. A student who has met the requirements specified in the study program for a given semester:
1. has obtained the required course completions,
2. has passed the required exams with a positive grade,
3. has obtained the required number of ECTS credits, excluding the ECTS credits assigned to internships,
4. has achieved the intended learning outcomes ‒ obtains a credit for that semester. The basis for participation in the classes of the next semester is enrollment in that semester, made by the vice-dean. 3. The dates for taking exams are set by the dean, after consulting with those conducting the exams, taking into account the rules specified in § 8.

4. The examination session cannot last less than 14 days.
5. In a given year of study:
1. only one exam is conducted on a single day;
2. over two consecutive days, exams for subjects totaling at least 10 ECTS credits cannot be conducted.
The dean, in agreement with the appropriate faculty student government body, may set a higher number of exams to be conducted on a single day.
6. The dean, at the request of the appropriate faculty student government body or on their own initiative, may reschedule – within the academic year, between semesters – certain exams, taking into account the ECTS credit limits corresponding to the learning outcomes in the given assessment period.
