CRIMINOLOGY AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE FULL-TIME studies
Basic session (during the winter semester)*
* From 21 January 2025 to 03 February 2025 and from 10 June 2025 to 23 June 2025, exams and credits may be conducted during classes, provided that:
1) complete the planned exam or complete the curriculum content of a given subject specified in the curriculum by the day of the planned exam;
2) the person conducting the exam or credit obtains the consent of the Dean to conduct the exam or pass during this period;
3) obtain a positive opinion of the Faculty Council of the Student Government or the Faculty Council of Doctoral Students on the conduct of the exam or credit during this period.

§ 13a.
1. The dates of taking exams in the basic and retake examination sessions, not later than 7 days before the start of the examination session, are determined by:
1) the Vice-Dean, or
2) the director of the institute – if the structure of the faculty consists of institutes
– after consultation with the examiners, taking into account the rules set out in sections 2-4 and § 8.
A final credit for a subject that does not end with an exam may also be carried out before the start of the basic examination session, on the date set in the procedure referred to in the first sentence.
2. The examination session cannot last less than 14 days.
3. In a given year of study:
1) only one exam is conducted on one day;
2) during two consecutive days, examinations may not be conducted in subjects to which a total of at least 10 ECTS credits have been assigned.
The Vice-Dean or the Director of the Institute, in consultation with the relevant faculty body of the student government, may determine a larger number of exams to be conducted on one day.
4. Subject to § 18a(3), the resit exam is conducted in the resit examination session, not earlier than 7 days from the date of the exam on the basic date.
