§ 13a. (SR)

1. The dates for taking exams in the basic and retake exam session, no later than 7 days before the start of the exam session, are set by:

1) the vice-dean, or

2) the director of the institute – in the case where the faculty structure consists of institutes – after seeking the opinion of the persons conducting the exams, taking into account the principles specified in paragraphs 2-4 and § 8. A credit ending a subject that does not end with an exam may also be conducted before the start of the basic exam session, on the date set in the manner referred to in the first sentence.

2. The exam session may not last less than 14 days.

3. In a given year of studies:

1) only one exam is conducted on one day;

2) exams in subjects to which a total of at least 10 ECTS points have been assigned may not be conducted on two consecutive days. The Vice-Dean or the Director of the Institute, in agreement with the relevant faculty student government body, may establish a greater number of exams to be held on one day.

4. Subject to § 18a section 3, a re-sit exam shall be held during the re-sit examination session, no earlier than 7 days after the date of the examination held on the basic date.
