1) completing the entire curriculum content of a given subject specified in the study program by the date of the planned examination;
2) the person conducting the examination or assessment obtains the dean's consent to conduct the examination or assessment during this period;
3) obtaining a positive opinion from the faculty council of students' self-government or the faculty council of doctoral students regarding the conduct of an examination or a credit examination during this period.
2. The deadline for conducting uncompleted classes falling on a dean's day other than the rector's day is determined by the dean. If classes falling on a dean's day are conducted by academic teachers from another faculty or university-wide unit, the date for conducting the uncompleted classes is determined by the dean in consultation with the dean of this other faculty or the director of this unit.
3. Applications for transfer from another university to the University of Gdańsk are submitted by:
1) December 31, 2024 - in the case of applications regarding the start of education from the summer semester of the academic year 2024/2025;
2) August 31, 2025 - in the case of applications regarding the start of education from the winter semester of the academic year 2025/2026.
NOTE (change of 21/10/2024 - Order of the Rector of the University of Gdańsk No. 110/R/24):
In the academic year 2024/2025, apart from days free from teaching classes specified in § 1 section 1, the following days off from teaching are established:
1) from October 31, 2024 to November 3, 2024;
2) from November 11, 2024. until November 12, 2024;
3) from April 28, 2025 to May 4, 2025;
4) June 8, 2025;
5) June 19, 2025
November 12, 2024 may be a day off from classes if the dean announces a dean's day on that day.
